1. ABOUT MINJO

MINJO operates this online store and website and provides products and related services to customers.

MINJO currently offers products for delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

6. CASH ON DELIVERY

MINJO currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible UAE orders.

For COD orders, payment is collected by the delivery partner when the order is delivered.

Customers should ensure that the recipient is available to receive the order and has the required amount available for payment.

Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD orders may affect our ability to accept future COD orders from the same customer.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are delivered within the UAE according to our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are complete and accurate.

8. CANCELLATIONS

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact MINJO as soon as possible after placing the order.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order enters the fulfillment or delivery process.

Once an order has been dispatched or entered the delivery process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any cancellation rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

9. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Our policies do not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

10. DIGITAL STORY CONTENT

Certain MINJO Story Projector variants include digital story content in addition to the physical projector.

The digital story bundle associated with your selected variant is reserved for your order.

The digital access link is normally sent separately within 6–8 hours after the physical Story Projector has been delivered.

Digital stories are supplied as PowerPoint Show (.ppsx) files and require compatible software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, to open and use them.

The number of digital stories supplied depends on the Story Bundle selected at checkout.

Digital content may not be copied, redistributed, resold, publicly shared, or commercially exploited without permission from MINJO or the applicable copyright owner.

Where permitted by applicable law, digital content that has already been supplied is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights relating to defective, inaccessible, or materially misdescribed digital content that cannot legally be excluded.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, designs, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MINJO or its respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit our website content or intellectual property without prior written permission.
